Step 2: Put the paints in the water bath. You can pour it in directly or splatter it in with a paint brush. Then comb the water and make swirls and designs that appeal. I used a thin chopstick to get designs. If the water starts getting muddy several paper towels over the surface and begin again. It's all chemistry and experimentation!
