STEP 1!
Get all your shhhtuff together.

STEP 2
(Get creative with the wires! It's jolly fun)

Step 3
(Make sure all the wires hang the way you want them to before comitting to the paper part)
Also, funky colored glass turns out radalicious.

Step 4
(Cut out whatever design you want on colored paper , OR print a black and white design out on tracing paper, OR glue together lots of tissue paper of all different colors and get creative)

STEP 5
Make sure sticky part of the tape is facing you, so it's not obvious on the outside)

STEP 6
VOILA! Woo!
